Love this pan. The look is classic, and the coating seems very durable. I bought this pan since it says it is metal utensil safe. I love not having to worry what tool I quickly grab to cook whether it’s metal or wooden. I have an electric stove, which can be tricky to work with, but so far I think this pan is handling very well without any warping and even heating! I’ve had issues with my previous pans with warping from high heat, but this is holding up very well. I will most like being buying the 12 piece set of this when I can! The protector is also a bonus. I’ve never had cookware protectors before, but it seems like a great, worry-free way to store my pans.
I’m a career chef at a chain restaurant but the COVID pandemic has me outta work. I still love to cook and would like to keep my abilities top notch until I can get back in the kitchen. I really love my pro fry but they are too costly to purchase on my own. This pan was the perfect substitute for all my needs, the triple layer is on par with my work pan and I can still toss it in the hot box when I need that extra crispy broil. Real good find and good price for a consumer product.
