Butter Pecan Ice Cream Bread

2 cups butter pecan ice cream

1 ¼ cup self-rising flour

¼ cup chopped pecans

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt ice cream on very low. Once ice cream begins to melt, remove from heat and pour into a large bowl.
  3. Add flour to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and grease. Pour in mixture and top with chopped pecans.
  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting.
