1 (16-oz) can of biscuit dough
8 oz cream cheese – softened
8 oz bacon
¼ cup green onion – chopped
½ cup cheddar cheese – grated
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp Everything Bagel seasoning
1 egg
1 Tbsp water
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cook bacon until crisp, remove from pan, and place on a paper towel-lined plate. Once cooled enough to handle, cut or crumble into bits.
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, green onions, bacon and cheddar cheese.
Use a rolling pin to roll out each biscuit dough flat. Spoon cheese mixture evenly into the center of each biscuit. Pinch tightly, flip, and lay pinched side down in a skillet or oven-safe pan.
Whisk together egg and water and brush onto biscuit bombs and sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
