1 (16-oz) can of biscuit dough
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast – cut into cubes
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp honey
¼ cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp fresh ginger – minced
2 tsp garlic – minced
2 Tbsp sriracha
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for cooking
1 head of broccoli – cut into florets and cooked
For serving: steamed rice, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds
In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic and sriracha.
Heat a large pan with oil over medium heat. Add chicken and lightly season. Cook chicken for 2 minutes.
Add in sauce, mix, cover and simmer for 8 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
Serve chicken – garnished with green onions and sesame seeds, over steamed rice and broccoli.
