1 (8-oz) can of crescent rolls
8 breakfast sausage links
2 Tbsp maple syrup (plus extra for serving)
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp Everything Bagel seasoning
Preheat oven to 375°F.
On the stove, cook breakfast sausage in a pan according to package instructions.
Unwrap crescent rolls and lay out the triangles out flat. Brush each with maple syrup, place sausage, top with cheese, and roll up. Place the rolls on an ungreased baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together egg and water to make egg wash. Brush wash on rolls and sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup.
